Order Tracking

o Log on "My Account" at murad.com.sg with your User ID (NRIC/Passport number) and Password.
o Click on "My Orders".
o An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.
o After your order, you may click on your Order ID to view the status of your order.

 

Delivery

Orders are processed within 3 days of receipt (business days only; does not include weekends or public holidays)

Orders are delivered via Registered Mail within 2-3 business days after processing. Delivery charges apply but will be waived for orders above $50.

Please note: Orders are mailed and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Self-collection of orders is available at Body Contour and Passage New York outlets.

 

Returns

Murad stands behind its products with a 30-day return policy (from Date of Receipt of products) on all products purchased directly from Murad. For reason(s) you are not completely satisfied (e.g. faulty pump, discoloration), you can return the product(s) back to Murad and we’ll refund you the return postage cost as well as deliver the replacement product(s) to you within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned product.

 

How to Return Your Product:

o Call Customer Care at +65 68411141 (Mon – Fri, 9.30am – 7.30pm) or Email to customerservice@gwh.com.sg, indicating your intent for a Murad product return. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please send the product(s) back to us and we’ll refund you the return postage cost as well as deliver the replacement product(s) to you.
o To return your product(s), please send the whole product(s) with its original packaging back to:

Please remember to include your return address.
o We recommend that you retain your receipt. Murad is not responsible for any additional return postage, any cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
o Please allow 14 business days for Murad to receive and process your return. We will refund you the return postage charges as well as deliver the replacement product(s) to you. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
o If you have purchased Murad products at a retail store/spa, please first contact that store/spa directly to inquire about the return policy. The list of Authorised Retail Stores & Spas selling Murad products in Singapore is listed here.

Can I track my order?

Can I still change my address or cancel my order after the order is confirmed?
We can modify your order if they are still not packed and delivered. Please call us at 68411141 for further assistance as soon as possible.

Do I have to sign for the package?
Yes. There will be a proof of delivery document for you, or the authorised/intended recipient to sign upon the delivery of the parcel.

What if I am not home when my package arrives?
You will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can collect it at the nearest post office or a call/email for re-delivery arrangements.

Do I have to pay for postage when I return an item?
You can send the product(s) back to us upon our confirmation and approval of your return request. We’ll then refund you the return postage cost as well as deliver the replacement product(s) to you.

How will I get my replacement product(s)?
The replacement product(s) will be sent to you via Registered Mail.

Can I get a refund if the item I ordered is out of stock?
Yes, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to arrange for a refund.

How will I be refunded and how long does it take?
You will be given a cheque refund within 3 working weeks.
