1.      How many tiers of membership does Murad Affinity have?

2.      Am I eligible for Murad Affinity Membership?
There’s no eligibility criteria to join as a Murad GenZ or Classic member.
To join as a Prestige member, simply spend S$2,000 on Murad Treatments at any of our affiliated spas (Body Contour or Passage New York outlets).
To join as an Elite member, simply spend S$8,000 on Murad Treatments at any of our affiliated spas (Body Contour or Passage New York outlets).

3.      How do I sign up for Murad Affinity Membership?
Sign up for Murad GenZ & Classic Membership via murad.com.sg/affinity/signup or fill up the Murad Affinity application forms available at our affiliated spas or Murad counters in leading Department Stores.

To sign up for Murad Prestige or Elite Membership, spend S$2,000 (Prestige) or S$8,000 (Elite) on Murad Treatments at our affiliated spas, and attach your receipt(s) with the completed Murad Affinity application form and hand over to your spa consultant.

4.      Why is it I have signed up for my Affinity Membership but I cannot access my details online?
We seek your kind patience and understanding that it may take up to 4 weeks for processing your membership application.

5.      What is the validity of my membership?
Murad GenZ & Classic Membership are lifetime membership programs.

Murad Prestige or Elite Membership is valid for a year, of which the accumulated points will expire upon the end of the membership anniversary. Prestige Membership will be automatically converted to Classic Membership if it is not renewed with a minimum spend of S$2,000. Elite Membership will be automatically converted to Prestige Membership with a minimum spend of S$2,000 or to Classic Membership if it is not renewed with a minimum spend of S$2,000.

6.      How do I earn Affinity points?
Membership
Affinity Points for Elite Membership can be earned through social media activities and the purchase of Murad Treatment packages from our affiliated spas. Double Affinity Points are earned during the Birthday month and an additional of 240 Affinity Points will be earned upon the successful referral of a friend to join the Murad Affinity Prestige or Elite Membership.

Prestige Membership
Affinity Points for Prestige Membership can be earned through social media activities and the purchase of Murad Treatment packages from our affiliated spas. Double Affinity Points are earned during the Birthday month and an additional of 40 Affinity Points will be earned upon the successful referral of a friend to join the Murad Affinity Prestige or Elite Membership.

Classic Membership
Affinity Points for Classic Membership can be earned through social media activities and the purchase of Murad Treatment packages from our affiliated spas

GenZ Membership
Affinity Points for GenZ Membership can be earned through social media activities.

7.      When will my Affinity Points expire?
Affinity Points will expire upon respective Membership anniversary regardless of when the Points are earned.

8.      How do I check my Affinity Points?
You may sign in to “My Account” to check on your existing Affinity Points balance.

9.      Why are my points not updated or reflecting my current purchases?
We seek your kind patience and understanding that it may take up to 10 working days for your purchases to be updated at our central server before being accessible online.

10.      How do I redeem Affinity Points for Rewards?
After signing in to “My Account”, select the available items for redemption based on your Affinity Points balance. The redeemed items will be mailed to your given mailing address.

11.      How do I refer a friend to join Murad Affinity Membership?
Referral incentives are applicable to Murad Elite or Prestige members only. Simply fill in your name and NRIC under the “Referral Program” in the application form (available at our affiliated spas) (link to “Retail & Spas”) of your referred friend, attach the receipt(s) with the completed form and hand over to your spa consultant.

12.      How do I update my particulars?
Log on to “My Account”, click “edit” to update your particulars and save your updates.

13.      How do I terminate my Affinity Membership?
